    It has been about a year since Joey and his crew came in like a wrecking ball for a few weeks, doing floors and a master bath. The wife and I liked these guys and they did a good job. They got one guy that can paint the ceiling with out a ladder, so that's a plus. Generally they showed up when I was told they were going to, and did what they should have. If you have ever hired contractors you know showing up is half the battle. I would hire them again. If I had a complaint it would be clean up could have been a little better. See more See less

    Joey is a top-notch contractor. From our initial meeting, Joey was professional, detail oriented, and communicative. His pricing is fair. And he delivers quality work, on time and on budget. I've worked with Joey on a number of projects ranging from remodeling, fencing, and light construction. He's been able to tackle any project we throw at him.     Exceptional Service and Quality – Highly Recommended! We recently had a fence installed by SDHR, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived in a timely manner, and the project was completed on schedule. The craftsmanship is top-notch.     I hired Joey and his crew to pour some concrete and build me a gazebo. They did an amazing job. I called them back to build me a full awning. I’m scheduling that next month. I can’t wait to work with him an his crew again. See more See less

    It was so refreshing to do business with a company like SDHR and their owner, Joey and his staff. We wanted to extend our porch to give us more room out back. Joey and his crew were very helpful from design to execution to give us exactly what we asked for. And, they came in with a fair price that was less than we expected.     I hired Joey and his crew to do a turn over/remodel on a rental house in Rowlett, Texas and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The property turned out fantastic, and his pricing was very reasonable. He also got the job done quickly which allowed us to put it on the market fast. In addition to this big project, he helped us bring another property we own up to code for city inspection after we hired crappy contractors that messed a lot of things up which he fixed with ease. He went out of his way to listen to all our tenants' concerns at the other property and made sure to hit up everything on the list. Besides all of the city code and cosmetic fixes, he also poured a new concrete walkway at the front entrance which looks really great. Joey truly goes above and beyond, and we were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend his company! See more See less

    I would recommend these guys to all my friends. They came in were very professional and detailed through every phase of my project from start to finish. Not only was I happy with the work that was done I was blown away how how fast and efficiently it was done. SDHR FOR THE WIN! See more See less
